These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by PPM Bristol. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We provide professional plastering, spray plastering, tape & jointing, damp proofing, painting, decorating, and spray painting services. All work is carried out by fully qualified and insured tradesmen.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Quotes are based on site information provided. Any changes or additional work may result in adjusted pricing.
- The final price will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the job and purchase materials.
- Remaining balance is due on completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Booking & Cancellation
- Work is scheduled upon receipt of the deposit.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice may result in loss of deposit.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule jobs with reasonable notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear access to the work area.
- Remove personal belongings and valuables from the work zone.
- Ensure the site is safe and free from hazards.
- Obtain any necessary permissions or permits (if applicable).
6. Workmanship & Materials
- We guarantee high-quality workmanship using quality materials.
- All work is carried out to British standards.
- Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to the nature of materials.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for any pre-existing defects or damage.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the work carried out.
8. Insurance
We hold full Public Liability Insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
9. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of project completion. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
